1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are advised to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information at the time of booking.
2. Fare & Payment
- Fares are based on the selected vehicle, travel distance, and service type.
- Additional charges may apply for toll taxes, parking fees, waiting time, and special requests.
- Full or partial payment may be required before the commencement of the journey.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to company policy.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur cancellation charges.
- No refunds will be provided for completed journeys.
4. Waiting Time
- Airport and railway station pickups include a reasonable waiting period.
- Additional waiting time may be charged at applicable rates.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers are responsible for providing correct travel details.
- Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers and company staff.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
6. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Gauri Cab Service shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Service Delays
While we strive to provide timely service, Gauri Cab Service shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Vehicle Substitution
In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a similar or upgraded vehicle due to operational requirements or vehicle availability.
9. Safety
Passengers are required to follow all safety regulations and local traffic laws during the journey. Seat belts should be worn at all times where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gauri Cab Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
